Large or Heavy orders are sent using a Courier and MUST be signed for. Our Courier will attempt to deliver three times - if you miss all three attempts then you are liable for paying extra carriage costs to re-ship your order. Overseas sales will incur extra Postage costs, which will be shown in your shopping basket. For any heavy items going to the United States, please email us for pricing information, but be warned - it is very expensive. Delivery Current Lead time on Delivery for the UK Mainland is 5-7 working days but please allow 10 days for your delivery. Please allow 10-21 days for all international deliveries. VAT Price shown excludes VAT (Value Added Tax) which is chargeable on all items being shipped within the European Union. VAT is not charged when shipping outside the European Union. If you choose a shipping area outside the European Union, VAT will be deducted from the items in your basket and deducted from prices in the shop automatically. Returns If you are not happy with your purchase you have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase, or seven days from the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). If you cancel your order you will have your payment returned, minus a handling fee, provided you return the goods to us (at your expense) in perfect condition at the address shown on the contact us page.
